I wanted to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank-you to you and your outstanding team for catering EspriGas’ company holiday celebration. Not only did you exceed every expectation - you completely redefined them. You went above and beyond at every turn, and somehow still added an extra layer of excellence just for good measure.
Your staff was incredibly attentive to our needs from the moment they arrived. As the event organizer, I can’t express how grateful I was for the seamless support. Your team jumped right in to help me rework the venue layout to better accommodate our food service setup, and they did it with such ease and professionalism. The wait staff was quick, efficient, and on top of the smallest details - clearing tables the moment guests finished eating. I swear I blinked and the entire space was spotless and already packed up as the evening came to a close. It was artistry.
My favorite part of the night? The drinks. Without question. Dru and Ali came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need - and then somehow brought even more. Not only were they eager, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with, but they also crafted the tastiest drinks our guests couldn’t stop talking about. Their energy elevated the whole experience.
And last, but certainly not least, the Chef. He is a master of his craft. The food was hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and downright unforgettable - all prepared from an outdoor pop-up kitchen setup that he handled with absolute finesse. Our team raved about every dish, and several employees were thrilled to take leftovers home so they could enjoy it all over again.

Last weekend we celebrated my husband’s 40thbirthday. One of his “wishes” was to host a Brazilian steakhouse experience in our backyard – and the team at Casa do Brasil truly made his wish come true! The catering team, particularly Chef Alfonso and Ali Momin, were delightful and made everything so easy. They were flexible with the menu, presenting several options and customizing to meet our needs. They showed up on time, set up everything quickly and were highly professional throughout the evening. I’m still impressed with how completely self-sufficient they were – they provided tents, all cooking supplies, a generator, and cleaned up as seamlessly as they had set up. I absolutely recommend the catering experience offered by Casa do Brasil.
