Born from the gaucho traditions of Southern Brazil, churrasco is the art of slow-roasting premium cuts over open flame. On Thanksgiving, we honor that tradition with turkey carved tableside, continuous tableside service, and unlimited access to our seasonal salad bar, alongside a selection of hot seasonal side dishes.
